DC55 Holding B.V. is a privately owned limited liability company with a seat in Amsterdam.

Founded in 2014 with the aim to invest in startup initiatives in the financial markets. Next to supporting new businesses that are scalable and have the potential to be disruptive in the market, the company focuses on wealth and investment management.

Company main activities

• to act as manager and custodian of the closed fund for collective investment (besloten fonds voor gemene rekening) DC55 Investment Fund;

• to finance businesses, legal entities and companies;

• to advise and to render services to legal entities and companies within the group and to third parties;

• to manage (real) assets and any right to or interest therein;
