DC55 INVESTMENT FUND
The DC55 Investment Fund (the “Fund”) is a closed-end vehicle for collective investment.
The Fund follows a target-return, multi-asset strategy with a core focus on long-term capital preservation. Its objective is to deliver returns exceeding inflation over a rolling five-year period, while maintaining volatility below that of global equity markets. This is achieved through an actively managed, globally diversified portfolio.
The Fund primarily allocates capital to cash, bank deposits, liquid equities, and fixed income instruments. It may also invest in a broad range of other liquid securities, including, but not limited to, convertible bonds, warrants, options, futures, and Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs).
The Fund operates with full investment discretion within the asset classes described and is not constrained by any specific benchmark, asset class, geographic region, or investor profile.
Note on Fund Participation.
Participation by new Participants in the Fund is only possible with prior written approval of (i) DC55 Holding and (ii) each incumbent Participant. DC55 Holding will in any case reject a Participant, if it is of the opinion that the fiscal transparent status of the Fund or the existing Participants would be threatened by such participation, or if its non-AIFMD status is jeopardized
